VISTRA Audit Tool

The VISTRA Audit Tool exists to digitalize a process that in retail and corporate still lives too often on paper, spreadsheets and hand-uploaded photos. An audit should produce decisions, not an archive of documents to reassemble.

The platform covers three modules — Retail, Enterprise and Flash — with a clear Area, Process, Topic, Question hierarchy. Checklists are dynamic, adapt to the audit context and guide the auditor instead of merely recording answers.

The added value is the AI assistant, named Antigravity Core, which builds action plans and executive summaries from the findings collected. Reports are frozen and signed in PDF, Excel and Word: immutable, and therefore usable as formal evidence.

Architecturally it is multi-tenant with RLS, evidence upload and offline PWA, because audits also happen where connectivity cannot be taken for granted. It is built on Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Supabase, OpenAI, with Three.js and Leaflet for views and next-intl for localization.

The platform cuts audit and report formalization time by up to 60%, and is built to handle 500+ stores with 5,000+ concurrent users. Behind the simplicity of the interface is an enterprise-scale requirement.
