Retail Retention Engine
Platform predicting retail customer churn and simulating the ROI of SMS campaigns.

Overview
The Retail Retention Engine is a retention intelligence engine born from an economic observation: acquiring a customer costs far more than keeping one, yet most companies invest almost everything in acquisition.
The core of the system predicts customer churn with risk classes — low, medium, high — and estimates at-risk revenue, so the problem stops being abstract and becomes a figure to decide on. From there you move to action.
An SMS campaign simulator estimates response propensity, incremental lift and ROI, letting you test a retention strategy before spending. This is the step missing in too many CRMs: prediction without simulation remains an inert number.
Underneath is a connector architecture mapping heterogeneous sources — Shopify, Oracle X-Store/Relate, Mapp, GA4, Zendesk — into a universal schema and a SQL warehouse. An Engine AI chatbot then makes reading the data conversational.
Built with Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Supabase, OpenAI, Zustand and next-intl, the engine turns scattered data into a repeatable business decision: whom to contact, with what expected return and why.
Results
Connectors (Shopify, Oracle X-Store/Relate, Mapp, GA4, Zendesk) feed a SQL warehouse, and an "Engine AI" chatbot makes data reading conversational.
