Overview
The Retail Ops Agent is a five-module platform for luxury-retail operations, a world where operational standards are high but often fragmented across documents, training and daily practice.
The first module is a version-controlled operations standards library: a single, verifiable, always-current source. Every boutique works on the same version of the procedures, which removes the silent drift between stores.
On top sits an AI chatbot that answers on processes and advises on cross-selling, then a self-assessment and staff certification path, a mobile regional ops review and corrective-action follow-up. Five pieces covering the entire operational cycle.
The platform is built with Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Supabase, OpenAI, Framer Motion, Redis and Terraform. The infrastructure part is not accessory: a tool used by many boutiques across regions requires controlled caching and provisioning.
The result is that operations standards become a single, verifiable source, with tracked certification and follow-up. Luxury retail lives on consistency, and this platform makes it measurable.
