InventoryOS
Multi-tenant inventory and warehouse SaaS: AI invoice scanning, demand forecasting and a RAG copilot.

Overview
InventoryOS is a multi-tenant inventory and warehouse SaaS, built for people managing stock in the real world: data coming from different sources, paper invoices, procedures living in a few people's heads and waste that is hard to spot.
The central gesture is almost banal: you photograph an invoice and the AI turns it into catalog data. From there the system forecasts demand, suggests replenishment orders and provides a RAG copilot over warehouse procedures. Operational knowledge stops being implicit.
The product includes FIFO/LIFO/WAC valuation and lot and expiry tracking, because in a warehouse the value of what is there depends on when it arrived and when it expires. An executive dashboard gives the overview, while checklists are scannable via barcode or QR with audio feedback.
It is built on Next.js, React, TypeScript, Supabase with pgvector and Realtime, OpenAI and the Vercel AI SDK. The challenge was holding together a mobile-first warehouse app and a rich management panel, sharing the same data model.
The estimated impacts are concrete: up to 35% less waste and stockouts, 99.9% inventory accuracy and around 20 hours saved per week. InventoryOS takes a process known for being chaotic and makes it measurable.
