Reservation Orchestrator
Reservation orchestration: calendar, assignments and conflicts under control.

Overview
Reservation Orchestrator starts from the chaos that appears when bookings, availability and assignments live in different tools. In hospitality the problem is not capturing a booking, it is making hundreds of bookings coexist with finite resources.
The platform brings together dashboard, calendar and booking queues, with assignment lanes and an engine that surfaces conflicts before they become overbookings. The goal is to give the team a single view of what is confirmed, what is at risk and what needs a decision.
Occupancy, check-in readiness, assignment confidence and modification handling time are exposed in a readable way. The system does not just show the number: it connects it to the operational queue and to the bookings that determine it.
The architecture is mock-first with separate data contracts and provider seams: you can work in mock mode, switch to Supabase when credentials are available and enable an AI provider for insights, without changing routes. It is a product designed to be demonstrated and then connected.
It is built with Next.js 14, React 18, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion and Supabase. In the seed, occupancy outlook is 82.4%, assignment confidence is 94% and there are four pending conflicts: the team knows exactly where to intervene.
Results
Bookings, calendar and assignments converge into one view: 82.4% occupancy outlook and 94% assignment confidence, with pending conflicts surfaced.
