Overview

Ops Copilot starts from a continuity problem: in a hotel the shift ends, but the work does not end with it. Open tasks, unresolved incidents and decisions made by voice get lost in the handover between people and departments.

The product builds a tight operational loop: open the shift-start board, triage the task queue, track and escalate incidents, preserve what remains open in the handover. Four steps that close the loop instead of leaving it suspended.

The board shows shift status and priorities; tasks have an owner, due date and state; incidents have severity and escalation; the handover collects structured notes the next shift must read. Every surface is designed to be used on the move, not at a desk.

Underneath is a mock-first architecture with separate repositories and services and a ready Supabase adapter. Sample data covers departments, shifts, checklists, escalations and handover logs, so the flow can be verified end to end without integrations.

It is built with Next.js 14, React 18, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion and Supabase. In the seed, task completion is 82% and handover quality is 91/100: continuity between shifts stops being a feeling and becomes a number.

Results

The shift handover becomes a tracked flow: 82% task completion and 91/100 handover quality reduce the information lost between teams.
