Overview
Guest Intelligence starts from a problem every hotel knows well: information about a guest lives in different places — PMS, email, front-office notes, spreadsheets — and nobody has a complete view when it matters. The result is a welcome that starts from scratch on every stay.
The platform builds a single guest profile that brings together past stays, preferences, operational notes and value over time. From there come readable segments, risk alerts and concrete recommendations for the team, not a passive archive of records.
The executive dashboard opens on VIP arrivals, active opportunities, revenue at risk and profile completeness; the guest directory supports search and filters; the individual profile collects history, notes, segment and suggestions. Every screen answers a precise operational question.
Architecturally it is a mock-first app with separate repository and service contracts: sample data is deterministic, the interface is already complete and the Supabase adapter is ready to connect to the backend without rewrites. A pattern that makes the product demonstrable before real data exists.
It is built with Next.js 14, React 18, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion and Supabase. In the seed, average profile completeness is 84% and pre-arrival coverage is 91%: two indicators that shift attention from collecting data to using it.
Results
The guest profile becomes a shared operational view: 84% average completeness and 91% pre-arrival coverage make gaps visible before they become a reception problem.
